1.General Information
Car Plus Chennai provides automotive services including but not limited to car detailing, painting, ceramic coating, graphene coating, paint protection film (PPF), foam wash, and mechanical repair.
2. Service Bookings
- All bookings made through our website, phone, or in person are subject to confirmation.
- Booked appointments may be rescheduled based on availability and weather conditions.
- We reserve the right to refuse or cancel services if required for safety, legality, or operational reasons.
3. Pricing & Payments
Prices listed online or quoted over the phone are indicative and may vary based on vehicle condition and service scope.
Full payment is due upon service completion unless otherwise agreed in writing.
Offers and discounts are valid only for the specified duration and cannot be combined unless stated.
4. Customer Responsibilities
Customers must remove personal belongings from vehicles prior to service.
We are not liable for the loss or damage of valuables left inside the vehicle.
Vehicles must be picked up within 24 hours of completion unless agreed otherwise. Storage charges may apply.
5. Cancellations & Refunds
Appointments must be cancelled at least 12 hours in advance to avoid cancellation charges.
No refunds will be provided for completed services unless the issue is reported and verified within 24 hours.
Refunds (if applicable) will be processed to the original payment method within 7–10 business days.
6. Warranty Terms
Warranty terms apply only to specified services like graphene or ceramic coating and will be provided in writing at the time of delivery.
Warranty is void if damage is caused by improper maintenance, external impact, or third-party services.
